Step 1: Talk to a coach
Call, email, or visit us to speak with a certified CrossFit Trainer. We will assess your fitness, talk about your goals, and develop a plan to achieve them.
Step 2: 10-20 One-on-one training sessions
Based off of your current fitness levels and goals, you will be coached through 10-20 personal training sessions. We will expose your weaknesses and fix them, teach you correct technique, and set you up for a lifetime of success.
Step 3: Group training
After demonstrating a basic work capacity and knowledge of how to execute and scale the movements used in CrossFit, you are ready to attend group training. As you work, sweat, bleed, cry, and laugh along side others like yourself, you will develop new friendships to help you along your way.
Step 4: Progress through the 5 Fitness Levels
Enjoy a lifetime of progression and challenges as you progress through CrossFit GTO’s 5 Fitness Levels.
